• Rugs may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be in their original condition (unused, undamaged, and unaltered).
• Customers are responsible for the shipment cost when returning a rug for exchange.

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Rugs must be returned in their original condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
• Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval of the returned item.

Important Notes

• Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
• Customized or special-order rugs are not eligible for return or exchange.
